« The Myths of Education Nation | Main | The Problem is Poverty »

Great article, and refreshing perspective. With the exception of one notion: Online learning is not the issue nor a fad and shouldn't be bulleted next to "real" issues in education reform. Online learning doesn't replace the instructor and classroom experiences, it enhances, making learning a 24/7 environment where the school day may end at 3:30 p.m., but learning is always accessible beyond the classroom walls. It provides experiences and opportunities to students who may not otherwise be able to participate and learn in a typical setting. Just sayin'
